A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

The little release notes

MINT FOR WINDOWS · 1.0.58 · PUBLIC EDITION

A setup installer has been prepared.

What you get

Mint Windows x64, Electron runtime and free voice setup. Choose your own Gemini API key or eligible ChatGPT account through separately installed OpenCode V2. No chats, settings, keys, account credentials or downloaded voice models are included. No particular GPT model or account tier is guaranteed.

Free app; provider access, usage limits/billing and optional cloud voice credits are separate. Unsigned software. No security or accuracy guarantee, auto-updater, or support SLA is offered. Back up important data.

Latest changes

Connection polish and optional test workspace

Selected account models display their actual names/IDs, failed service checks clear stale model options, and draft model choices survive refreshes. Advanced users can launch the public executable with --mint-public-test for separate chats, preferences and encrypted keys on local port 43178. It does not copy a normal Mint profile. Local voice components and the OpenCode service are still shared on that PC; connecting an account changes the active account in OpenCode.
